There is something more painful than not being accepted for who we are. Not accepting ourselves for who we are. Usually one will bring out the other.
Normally we focus on the external dynamics of who triggers us or who we trigger. It’s much more difficult to notice the real culprit hiding behind the mask of external drama. The inability to accept ALL of ourselves, all of our wounds, and the summation of all the events that happened to (for) us.
The remnants of what remains is asking to be released and healed by tugging at our heart strings. Because once it is completely healed, we will no longer lose the brightness from our eyes and the smiles from our face. Once it is healed, we ascend in Unconditional Love of all that is.
